Position Overview:
Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working as a customer service representative for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career path for you. You are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations by educating customers on how insurance works.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Schedule appointments for the agent, identify customer needs, and service our existing customers.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
